Android Auto ready to renew itself: it will adapt to any screen shape

Among the many products presented yesterday, Google she certainly hasn’t forgotten Android Auto: The company has announced a couple of interesting changes to its “car” operating system, which will certainly improve the user experience.

First, Google announced the split screen mode will come for everyone regardless of car model (today it is only available on certain vehicles): this mode allows you to use multiple applications simultaneously on the screen, basically navigation apps and apps for listening to music, but obviously nothing prevents you from using other applications.

Second interesting news concerns the adaptability of Android Auto to any type of touchscreen: the operating system can finally be used natively also on display of “strange” shapes and of any sizelike the 56-inch elongated one found on the Mercedes-Benz EQS.

At the moment, it is unclear when these major updates will arrive on Android Auto, but of course we will keep you updated.
