Big news for file sharing on WhatsApp: new limit of 2 GB
There are important news for WhatsApp, the popular instant messaging app for smartphones and more. There file sharing becomes even easier and more accessible.
The novelty mentioned consists of a new maximum limit for the size of files shared in chat. The limit therefore passes from 100MB to 2GBas you can see from the screenshot in the gallery. The limit refers to any type of file.
The novelty just introduced had already been spotted in the test phase for some users in Argentina. Now it looks like its instead distribution is happening on a larger scale.
At least those who joined the beta program of WhatsApp for Android should receive the news with the update related to the version 2.22.13.6 of the app. Please let us know if she has already arrived in your area.
