How to put reactions on WhatsApp for Android

1. Long press on the message to which you want to react: the entire row will be selected, and above it a list of emojis will appear, graphically larger than the message itself, or your reactions
2. Choose the reaction you want, click on it, and it will be “stuck” to the selected message.

Below you can see the graphic effect as it is: big beautiful emojis when you have to choose the reaction, while the reaction itself will appear in the form of a small emoji at the bottom left of the associated message.

• For remove a reaction already sent, simply tap on it with your finger: it will disappear both for you and for the other participants in the chat.
• For modify a reaction already sent you have to repeat exactly the same ones seen above to insert it.
• Any message can have only one reaction for each user.
• If you have reacted to a ephemeral messagethe reaction will appear with the message itself.
• Reactions cannot be hidden, i.e. you cannot enable / disable them from the settings.
• However, you can activate or deactivate the notifications for reactionsfor both groups and single chats (see screenshot below).
