iPhone won’t turn on when I press the block / wrong charge button

When I try to turn on my phone by holding down the lock button, it does not turn on. He is just dead.

But when I plug in the Lightning cable, all it does is show the battery symbol, then go to the Apple logo, and it repeats.

  • Photo location on IPhone 5s
  • The iPhone 5s touch screen is extremely buggy after repair
  • Unable to download app from App Store by update to iOS 9.3.2
  • Jailbroken iPhone 5s stuck in boot loop and cannot be seen by iTunes
  • Conflict between devices in the call log if we have the same Apple ID

What should I do?

Leave it to recharge overnight, if the behavior is the same you could try another charger and / or cable as it is possible that you have a bad charger or cable.

Failing this, the phone’s battery is likely to be kaput and needs to be replaced.

If you are under warranty, take it to an Apple store. If it’s not under warranty you could do the same, or if you know of a reputable phone repair shop they may as well.
