We now have one of the most anticipated privacy features available from WhatsApp. Thanks to the Beta we can now choose who to show, or not, our profile picture, last connection, info.

Surely you will enter where we are going to show you next and the option to choose who to show your most private information will not appear, but we can tell you that if we already have it available in the whatsapp betasurely in the next few days we will have it available to everyone.

And it is that one of the things that we are all waiting for is that the application allows us to choose who to show and who not, information from our profile just like we can do with the statuses with the My Contacts option except.

How to hide your last connection time, profile picture and WhatsApp information from only one person:

The only thing we have to do to configure this part of the privacy of our profile, is to go to the configuration within WhatsApp and select “Account” and then “Privacy”.

If you enter that route today you will see that in the options «Last. time”, “Profile picture” and “Info.” we can only select to show it to everyone, your contacts or nobody. In the Beta we can already choose, within your contacts, who not to show it to, just like what happens in our states. You can see it below.

“My contacts, except…” the option that many of us expect

By selecting the option “My contacts, except…” we can choose which contacts will not be able to see our last connection time, profile picture and info.
