Listen to this page » offers playback controls similar to music or podcast players, allowing you to pause, change playback speed, skip forward or rewind 10 seconds with ease. So you can relax and let Chrome read for you.

It is also possible to change the voice and language used for reading. Currently 12 languages ​​are supported : Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

To use it, nothing could be simpler! Go to the page that interests you from Chrome, click on the three dots located at the top right and select from the drop-down menu “Listen to this page”. Google hasn’t invented anything on this, since the option already exists on the Safari browser on iPhone.

At the moment this feature is only available on the app, but Google will certainly deploy it on computers in the future. Even if it is only present in beta version 125 of the Chrome application, it is stable enough to have fun trying it.
